Robeson County convenience centers and dump hours
Convenience centers are what most people call the dump. This page covers 20 convenience centers and the Robeson County Landfill. Each one’s hours are posted below, with the rules that apply.
Convenience centers
- The 20 staffed collection sites are for Robeson County residents only; businesses take their waste to the landfill. Not every site offers every service; staff direct you to the right container. Anything left outside the gate after hours counts as litter.
- The collection sites don’t take yard debris, construction debris, land clearing debris, stumps, burn barrels, truck or tractor tires, or hazardous waste such as poisons and pesticides.

Landfills
- At the landfill, cover or tie down every load. Anyone who gets out of a vehicle needs a safety vest and hard hat (the scale attendant has them), and children under 12 stay in the vehicle. No hazardous materials or liquids.

Businesses and bigger loads. Household garbage, construction debris, and land clearing debris
