How to get rid of household hazardous waste in Sampson County

Sampson County doesn’t post a household hazardous waste drop-off. Its guide says the landfill takes certain hazardous materials, so call the landfill office at 910-525-4132 first. Farmers can recycle plastic pesticide containers through NC Cooperative Extension’s Sampson Center, 910-592-7161.
