Hamblen County rules

  • Hamblen County picks up household garbage at the curb every week, in the 90-gallon carts it provides, and recycling every other week, in your own containers of 50 gallons or less or in recycling bags. • Paint, oil, pet litter, tree and shrub trimmings, dirt, building materials, and dead animals can’t go in the garbage carts, and garbage left outside the cart isn’t picked up.
