What it takes

It’s the only place in Hardeman County that takes tires and construction debris.

Each item has its own rules. Check before you go.

Hardeman County rules

  • The county lists landfill fees of $10.50 a month for a residence and $14.50 to $34.50 a month for a business. Demolition debris and commercial scrap are $28 a ton.
  • The solid waste department recycles paper, oil, batteries, paint, aluminum cans, tires, cardboard, scrap metal, and electronics. It doesn’t say which places take each one, so call 731-658-6138.
