What it takes
Marshall County’s other three convenience centers take the same items. The Marshall County Solid Waste Office takes tires, paint, used motor oil, and some household hazardous waste.
Each item has its own rules. Check before you go.
Marshall County rules
- The convenience centers take bagged household garbage, oversized items such as furniture, rugs, and mattresses, scrap metal and appliances such as refrigerators and washers, and recycling: tin and aluminum cans, #1 and #2 plastic bottles, newspaper, and cardboard.
- The centers don’t take commercial or business waste, tires, or liquid or hazardous waste.
