Osceola County rules

  • Bass Road takes yard waste, tires, appliances, recycling, and household chemicals, and turns away loads with household trash, furniture, clothing, construction debris, carpet, toys, or vehicles and boats; the county sends those to the St. Cloud Transfer Station. Vehicles are weighed in and out, and it’s card only, no cash; weighing a private vehicle costs $5.
  • Osceola County residents, Kissimmee and St. Cloud included, can drop off household chemicals free at Bass Road and the St. Cloud Transfer Station. No business waste or 55-gallon drums, and containers have to be 5 gallons or smaller.
