Pasco County dump hours
This page covers the West Pasco Resource Recovery Citizen’s Drop-Off, the East Pasco Transfer Station, and the Land O’ Lakes Area Recycling Drop-Off. Each one’s hours are posted below, with the rules that apply.
What to do with tires, mattresses, paint, and more
Before you go
- Pasco County doesn’t pick up trash: you sign up with a licensed hauler, or bring it to the county’s two facilities yourself. Without a hauler, you can bring 8 bags of household garbage a day to either one free.
Landfills
- Bring proof of Pasco County residency and tell the scale house what you have, so you’re sent to the right area. Waste from outside Pasco isn’t accepted, and the East Pasco Transfer Station takes no commercial waste. Most loads cost $104.03 a ton ($5.20 per 100 pounds), and weighing your empty vehicle costs $2. Contactless payment is accepted; Apple Pay only at West Pasco.
