Baldwin County rules

  • The convenience centers are for households and commercial hand-load units that pay Baldwin County’s solid waste assessment. Each household gets two access cards to show the attendant before leaving any waste; tenants get theirs from the landlord. Bring only waste from your own home, and no construction and demolition waste.
  • Baldwin County’s solid waste charge covers weekly curbside cart pickup by Waste Management and the convenience centers, whether you use one or both. Part-time residents pay it too.
