How to get rid of old paint in Muscogee County

Pine Grove Landfill takes only empty paint cans or paint that has fully dried (fill the can with dirt, sand, or an absorbent and let it harden). Columbus collects household hazardous waste once a year at a drive-through collection day at the Recycling and Sustainability Center, 8001 Pine Grove Way, for Columbus residents, which takes latex and oil-based paint.
