What it takes

It’s the only one of Anderson County’s convenience centers that takes brush. The Materials Recovery Facility takes tires. The Starr C&D Landfill takes construction debris.

Each item has its own rules. Check before you go.

Anderson County rules

  • Anderson County doesn’t pick up household garbage. Residents use the convenience centers or hire one of the private haulers the county’s solid waste page lists, with the areas each serves.
