What it takes

Colleton County’s other 14 convenience centers take the same items. The Colleton County Landfill takes brush and construction debris.

Each item has its own rules. Check before you go.

Colleton County rules

  • Colleton County’s 15 convenience centers take household garbage and recyclables from county residents only: no business drop-offs, no waste from outside the county, and nothing may be taken back out of a center. Separate recyclables as the attendant directs; a large load may be sent on to the landfill.
