What it takes
Horry County’s other 24 convenience centers take the same items. The Household Hazardous Waste Facility takes paint and household hazardous waste. The Horry County Solid Waste Authority Landfill takes construction debris.
Each item has its own rules. Check before you go.
Horry County rules
- Horry County’s 25 recycling convenience centers are only for residents of unincorporated Horry County (County Ordinance 50-01). Each can bring up to 4 cubic yards of material a day, and no commercial waste. If you live in a city or town, your municipality handles your garbage.
