Richland County dump hours
This page covers the C&D Landfill Drop-Off Center and two recycling centers. Each one’s hours are posted below, with the rules that apply.
What to do with tires, mattresses, paint, and more
Before you go
- Richland County’s drop-off centers are free for residents. Bring proof of residency, bring items only from your primary home, and come no more than four times a month. Items from rental properties, second homes, or businesses fall under the commercial rules: an account or card payment, a county business license, and a fee per ton at the C&D Landfill. Trailers over 8 feet long have to use the C&D Landfill Drop-Off Center.
- None of the county’s three drop-off centers takes household garbage.
