What it takes
It’s the only place in Cheatham County that takes brush. The Sam’s Creek Road Transfer Station takes tires, appliances, mattresses, and construction debris. The Sam’s Creek Road Convenience and Recycling Center takes some paint and batteries.
Each item has its own rules. Check before you go.
Cheatham County rules
- Tarp any load in a trailer, any commercial or for-hire pickup load, and any pickup load higher than the bed. Lower loads must be held down so nothing blows out, and trash can lids must be on tight.
- No site takes latex paint, brush, explosives, or hazardous materials.
