What it takes
It’s the only place in the City of Hampton that takes appliances, mattresses, and some construction debris. The Yard Waste Site and the VPPSA Compost Facility take brush.

City of Hampton rules
- Bulk trash (furniture, appliances, window air conditioners, mattresses) and bulk limbs (up to 6 inches across and 8 feet long) go out on your regular trash day, from 3 p.m. the day before until 7 a.m. Bag leaves and grass in clear bags, and keep yard waste out of the trash.
