How to get rid of household hazardous waste in Hanover County
Gasoline, solvents, thinners, motor oil, and antifreeze go free in the drums and tanks at any convenience center. Pesticides, pool chemicals, cleaners, acids, aerosols, and oil-based paint go to the county’s collections at its Earth Day and America Recycles events, twice a year.
