What to do with tires, mattresses, paint, and more
Before you go
- The convenience centers and green box sites are only for Pittsylvania County residents’ household garbage; contractors can’t use them, and cameras watch every site. Salvaging items from the sites isn’t allowed.
- Every household and business pays the county’s $120 yearly solid waste fee, which covers the convenience centers and the landfill.
