How to get rid of old paint in York County

Latex paint can go in the trash once it’s dry: stir kitty litter or sawdust into liquid paint until it won’t drip, and leave the lid off. Oil-based paint goes to the household chemical collections of the Virginia Peninsulas Public Service Authority (VPPSA).
