Bay County rules

  • The Bayline Drive center takes only small loads of household garbage and trash from Bay County residents, dumped from a raised platform into an attended dumpster: $5 a visit, or a $50 punch card good for 26 visits of under 300 pounds each from your own home. Large loads, bulky items, and commercial waste go to the Steelfield Road Landfill.
  • The county runs no garbage pickup. Many cities collect their own, and unincorporated Bay County is served by licensed private haulers.
