Chesterfield County convenience centers and dump hours
Convenience centers are what most people call the dump. This page covers seven convenience centers. Each one’s hours are posted below, with the rules that apply.
What to do with tires, mattresses, paint, and more
Before you go
- The county’s Burn Site landfill takes only land-clearing debris: soil, sand, gravel, rock, logs, stumps, brush, and root mats, at $25 a ton.
Convenience centers
- Chesterfield County’s seven convenience centers take household garbage and recyclables from homes, not businesses: leaving business waste at one is illegal. Bag all garbage for the compactor. Plastic bottles, cans, and cardboard can go in together.
